God came into my heart and filled it with love
He sent me a guardian angel from above
My life is a miracle I will not let slip away
And will keep the faith as I face each day. 

I will remember as I travel along the road
To help others carry their heavy load
Being gracious and showing them I care
   And keep the faith, life is not always fair.

Times when things are not going my way
I am tired and weary at the end of the day
Even my patience has come to an end
But I keep the faith, God is my friend.

Each season God makes it plain to me
He plans all the beauty I enjoy and see
God in heaven will keep me in His sight
Oh yes, I keep the faith and follow His light.
